We are a local business headed by Ken Clover who has over 40 years experience working on building
projects in Mid-Devon. Ken worked his apprenticeship with Berry & Vincent in Crediton back in the 60's and it seems he has worked on most buildings in Crediton through his years.

Under Ken's watchful and particular eye, our teams of builders and labourers are available to fulfil the plans of our clients right the way through to enjoying the spaces that we have created.

We are asked to do all types of work relating to building, renovations and alterations. It's worth giving us a call with your request as even if we can't help, we will probably know someone locally that does. If brief we specialise in extensions, new builds and conversions (commercial to residential or garages/lofts to living spaces).

Having worked in Mid-Devon for so many years, we have many contacts within planning, electricians, plumbers & carpenters as well as an in-house archictural technician to draw up your ideas.

We also carry out roofing, replacement windows, re-fitting of kitchens and bathrooms, plastering - really you name it we can do it.
