Picture 1. This was a job that began with knocking a doorway through a wall and the client was so pleased with the work, it progressed to building two 2 storey extensions and a single storey extension too! The result was two extra bedrooms, a large living room with stunning bay window and an entrance porch with shower room.

Picture 2. Another rear porch extension providing a utility area and cloakroom. It was built in place of an old lean to extension and will last a lot longer!

Picture 5. An oak framed double garage and woodstore to side with slate roof. These can be supplied and/or installed including the groundworks and base.

Picture 6. When the owners bought this Grade II listed cottage there were structural problems with the cob. The poor cob was removed and using cob blocks, the structure was repaired. It then underwent complete renovation being stripped back and exposing original features to the finished article it is today.

Picture 7. A demolishon of an existing farm bungalow and creation of a new build thatched country property. It was built to an eco specification with triple glazing, hugely insulated walls and floors. The property will be running a ground source heating system and numerous other "eco" elements to keep running costs down.
